Garry M. Graber a Speaker on Bankruptcy in WNY and Westchester County

Garry M. Graber, a partner in the firm’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Commercial Litigation Practice Group, served as a panelist at the fifth annual Western New York Bankruptcy Conference, held recently in Batavia, New York, and sponsored by Erie Institute of Law CLE and the Monroe County Bar Association.

Topics addressed at the conference include protection of creditors’ rights and dealing with creditor abuse, debtor-in-possession financing with an eye toward buying the debtor, and advanced issues in preference, fraudulent conveyance, and other bankruptcy litigation.

Mr. Graber also recently presided over a conference on current bankruptcy issues sponsored by the Westchester/Southern Connecticut Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel-America (WESFACCA) for general counsel from public and private companies with offices in Westchester County, New York, and Fairfield and New Haven Counties in Connecticut.
