Garry M. Graber and Hugh M. Russ III Named to Top 50 Upstate NY Super Lawyers List
Hodgson Russ announces partners Garry M. Graber and Hugh M. Russ III have been named to the prestigious Top 50 Upstate New York Super Lawyers list.
Mr. Graber and Mr. Russ are among the 44 Hodgson Russ attorneys included on the 2012 New York Super Lawyers list, including the 38 attorneys who are on the Upstate New York list.
Mr. Graber has more than 30 years of experience practicing bankruptcy, corporate and financial restructuring, creditors' rights, financial services, commercial and corporate litigation, and general business law. He or one of his Hodgson Russ colleagues play a major role in virtually every large Chapter 11 case filed in Upstate New York. Mr. Graber leads the firm’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Commercial Litigation Practice Group.
Mr. Russ concentrates his practice in business litigation, insurance litigation, personal injury actions, products liability cases, toxic torts, and employment discrimination litigation. He has been appointed by the U.S. District Court to serve as the plaintiffs' liaison counsel in the Continental Flight 3407 multi-district litigation, and he represents five families of victims killed in the crash. This is Mr. Russ’s third consecutive year on the Upstate New York Super Lawyers list.
