Elizabeth K. Buscaglia Joins Hodgson Russ LLP

Elizabeth K. Buscaglia has joined Hodgson Russ’s Immigration Practice Group in the law firm’s Buffalo office.

Ms. Buscaglia works with various businesses to prepare and submit nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions for intracompany transferees, aliens of extraordinary ability, and NAFTA-eligible professionals. She also has experience submitting waivers of inadmissibility and representing immigrants and nonimmigrants before the Executive Office for Immigration Review. Ms. Buscaglia is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and secretary of its Upstate New York Chapter.
