Daniel P. Joyce Joins Hodgson Russ as an Immigration Partner

Daniel P. Joyce has joined Hodgson Russ as a partner in the law firm’s Immigration and International/Cross-Border Practice Groups. Mr. Daniels is resident in the firm’s Buffalo headquarters.

Mr. Joyce focuses his practice on U.S. immigration and cross-border business matters. He has extensive experience assisting companies and individuals with their immigration needs, including business visas, family visas, green cards, naturalization, waivers, and other matters. Mr. Joyce has more than 20 years of experience advising U.S. and Canadian companies in the transportation and other industries on numerous aspects of cross-border transactions, including the establishment of operations in the United States, various regulatory issues, federal and state taxation, and legal concerns for emerging companies.
