Cynthia Giganti Ludwig Named 2014-2015 Buffalo Niagara 360 Spotlight Professional

Hodgson Russ partner Cynthia Giganti Ludwig has been named a Buffalo Niagara 360 Spotlight Professional for 2014-2015. Each year, the BN360 advisory council and the Buffalo Niagara Partnership board of directors nominates select young professionals as Spotlight Professionals for the upcoming year. These individuals are nominated for demonstrating success in their careers and commitment to strengthening the Buffalo Niagara region. 

Cynthia focuses her practice on business litigation, with a particular emphasis on intellectual property litigation. She has worked on cases for prominent local and national corporations involving patent, trade secret, and trademark disputes and has particular knowledge and experience in assessing damages claims within the intellectual property context. Cynthia is also experienced in employment and non-competition litigation, class-action litigation, securities fraud litigation, and general business disputes.

Cynthia and her fellow honorees will be highlighted at the annual BN360 Kickoff Party on September 18, 2014.
