Hodgson Russ a Sponsor of Cross-Border Business Seminar

Hodgson Russ is pleased to be a sponsor of a cross-border business seminar that will be presented by the Council of American States in Canada (CASC), an organization that helps facilitate cross-border business between Canadian and U.S. companies.

The seminar, titled “Canadian Business Expansion Into the U.S.,” will be held November 3 in Toronto, Ontario, and November 4 in Montreal, Quebec.

A team of Hodgson Russ partners from the firm’s International/Cross-Border Practice Group will conduct the November 3 session in Toronto. Carol A. Fitzsimmons, Lance J. Madden, and Paul J. Vallone will provide an overview of basic tax, immigration, and corporate information for Canadian companies seeking to expand into the United States.
