Hodgson Russ Partner Benjamin M. Zuffranieri, Jr. Inducted Into Litigation Counsel of America
Benjamin M. Zuffranieri, Jr., the head of Hodgson Russ’s Business Litigation Practice Area, was formally inducted into the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA) at the LCA’s Spring Conference and Induction of Fellows in Newport Beach, California.
LCA is a national trial lawyer honorary society comprised of less than one-half percent of American lawyers. Fellowship in the LCA is highly selective and by invitation only. Fellows are selected based on excellence and accomplishment in litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels, and superior ethical reputation.
In addition to leading Hodgson Russ's Litigation Practice Area, Mr. Zuffranieri is chair of its Business Litigation and Construction Law Practice Groups. He is also the litigation representative of the firm's International/Cross-Border Practice Group. His experience spans the full range of civil litigation matters, including general business, construction, and cross-border litigation. As a senior trial and appellate attorney, he handles complex matters with substantial financial exposure to clients. Prior to joining Hodgson Russ in 1985, he was confidential law clerk to the Honorable Reid S. Moule, Justice of the State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Fourth Judicial Department.
