Arthur A. Marrapese, III Appointed to Lead Hodgson Russ’s Employee Benefits Practice Group

Hodgson Russ announces Arthur A. Marrapese III has been appointed to lead the law firm’s Employee Benefits Practice Group.

Mr. Marrapese follows Peter K. Bradley as practice group leader of the Employee Benefits Practice.

Mr. Marrapese has practiced employee benefits law since 1986. His extensive experience includes all aspects of the field, including advising clients on risk management and administrative matters and regularly assisting clients in the design and documentation of employee benefit plans. His clients include group insurance brokers and consultants, plan sponsors, employee benefit plan trustees, custodians, retirement plan record keepers, and investment advisory firms. Mr. Marrapese has also represented plan sponsors in litigation involving fiduciary and benefits claims.
