NBI: Dealing With Difficult Clients, Witnesses, Opposing Counsel, and Judges in Litigation 

Anthony Yanez presented two webinars during the National Business Institute’s “Dealing with Difficult Clients, Witnesses, Opposing Counsel, and Judges in Litigation” program.

His first presentation, “Depositions: Handling Difficult Deponents and Opponents,” addressed deposing hostile witnesses, different types of difficult deponents, and how to prepare a witness for potential traps.

In “Opposing Counsel Hurdles,” Anthony outlined best practices to deal with so-called “scorched earth litigation,” how to handle neglectful and absent opposing counsel, and navigating cases when there is a lack of cooperation.
