Legal and Practical Aspects to Consider When Entering the U.S. Market

Melissa Subjeck and Nathaniel Lucek presented to Baltic companies about U.S. best practices for commercial contracts, protecting technology, and protecting brands.  The live presentation was part of the European Business Angel Network Annual Congress in Tallinn, Estonia. Hodgson Russ partnered with an existing referral source, an Estonian law firm, for the event. The Baltic companies included software, renewable energy, and food companies, all of which have plans to expand into the US. One of the participating companies has already reached out for assistance with its expansion into the United States.
