The United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA), or the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA), depending on which side of the CanAm border you’re on, has been ratified and will go into effect on July 1. As companies doing international business in North America first deal with the needs and requirements of coming out of the COVID-19 economic shutdown, the new agreement will be upon us shortly.
