Ranjana taught a course on patent prosecution as an adjunct faculty member at University at Buffalo School of Law and presented as guest lecturer for two graduate level courses at the UB School of Pharmacy in the area of Patenting of Protein Pharmaceuticals. Prior to law school, Ranjana was active in scientific research and was awarded post-doctoral fellowships from the National Institutes of Health and the American Heart Association. During her graduate and post-doctoral tenure, she published several articles in peer-reviewed journals.
