CLE: Environmental Law Update

The Bar Association of Erie County's Environmental Law Committee held their first hybrid CLE at Bar Headquarters on April 7.  Joseph Endres presented on brownfield tax credits and Henry Zomerfeld, the Chair of the BAEC's Environmental Law Committee, presented on the new property tax assessment model for solar and wind projects under Real Property Tax Law Section 575-b.
