All Is Not Quiet In WNY – The Latest Environmental Legal Issues

Michael Hecker, Jeffrey Stravino, and Joseph Endres recently participated in a virtual CLE presentation titled "All Is Not Quiet In WNY – The Latest Environmental Legal Issues," sponsored by the Environmental & Energy Law Section of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA).

For the event, Mike Hecker served as Program Chair, Jeff Stravino introduced New York State Senator Sean Ryan, and Joe Endres presented on the NYS Brownfield Tax Credit Program.

As described in the event materials, the intent was focused on discussing the need for practitioners to stay on top of regional-based considerations in the environmental sphere, given the regions industrialized history. This program highlighted a handful of these issues, while also focusing on some of the innovative ways that lawyers, consultants, and stakeholders in the region have managed them
