On April 11, Hodgson Russ attorney’s Asia Evans and Kinsey O’Brien gave a NYS Statutory Update presentation at the 2024 Labor & Employment Law Update CLE event, hosted by the Bar Association of Erie County’s Labor Law Committee. Kinsey is currently the Chair of the Labor Law Committee and moderated the discussions, including the afternoon panel featuring presenters from the New York State Division of Human Rights, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and U.S. Department of Labor.
