2022 NYSBA Environmental and Energy Law Section Fall Meeting

The New York State Bar Association held its Environmental and Energy Law Section Fall Meeting in Saratoga Springs from October 18 – 19. Hodgson Russ Partner Mike Hecker was the moderator for the panel on the NYS Clean Energy Standard, with representatives of NYSERDA and the NYS Department of Public Service as the speakers. Associate Alicia Legland spoke on the Implementation of the CLCPA (Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act).
