Hodgson Russ Negotiates Long-Term Partnership Agreement for Performing Arts Client

Hodgson Russ successfully represented a firm client in its contract negotiations to operate at a new performing arts facility.

After learning the contract for its current location would not be renewed, the client was in need of a new facility in which to operate. Hodgson Russ attorneys counseled the client through negotiations, allowing the client to secure a larger location with enhanced benefits for not only the client, but its customers, as well.

The new agreement includes a 10-year lease with an option for an additional 10 years.
