Defense Against Replevin Action and Business Tort Claims

Hodgson Russ acted on the successful defense of a replevin action and successful prosecution of business tort claims against Ford Motor Credit Company, LLC on behalf of a wholesale automobile purchaser. Following a four week state court trial against Ford Motor Credit Company our attorneys obtained a seven-figure judgment which was upheld on appeal to the Appellate Division, Fourth Department.
