Real Estate Expansion Project for Continuing Care Retirement Community

We represent a continuing care retirement community with a real estate expansion project. Our role includes advising the client and its consultants on the multi-agency regulatory requirements relating to the authorization process and drafting the agreements and other documentation needed to move the project forward. Our role also includes advising and assisting the client with obtaining the necessary land use approvals to permit construction on the existing site. There are a small number of CCRCs in New York notwithstanding a high degree of demand for this level of housing; this project will assist the client in meeting the demand for housing with long-term care and services in the area in which it operates.
