Ongoing Representation of an International Lighting Manufacturer

Ongoing representation of the United States subsidiary of an international lighting manufacturer. Our representation includes serving as outside counsel for the client regarding a New York State Brownfields Cleanup program remedial site, which includes, but is not limited to, interactions with state regulatory authorities; assessing environmental compliance obligations pursuant to ongoing and proposed remedial and site operations; advising on state tax credit opportunities and considerations; responses to regulatory inquiries; permitting; negotiating with off-site property owners and counsel; and day-to-day counselling for the active operational facility.

We have also provided environmental transactional and remedial counsel to the client on another remedial site outside of New York State.
