Outside Environmental Counsel for International Environmental Engineering and Consulting Firm

Our firm serves as outside environmental counsel for an international environmental engineering and consulting firm, handling all aspects of pending environmental litigation in New York State, as well as in certain other jurisdictions in the Northeast. Our firm is currently defending the client in lawsuits alleging personal injury and property damage due to alleged exposure to contamination, as well as concerning a contaminated site in New Jersey. Our firm’s litigation counsel is also tangential to providing advice to the client on regulatory compliance matters as they arise.
