College Residency and Dining Hall Renovation Project

Hodgson Russ attorneys drafted and negotiated a predevelopment agreement, ground lease, and operating agreement for the College of William and Mary. Consistent with the college’s campus master plan, William and Mary had initiated a competitive negotiation process to identify a developer to construct, finance and operate Phase 1 of its residence and dining hall renovation projects. This project required experience in real estate, finance, and university administration.
