Outside Environmental Counsel to Canadian-Based Client

Our firm has acted as outside environmental counsel to ALMAG Aluminium Corp. regarding the assessment of legal liability and permitting risk associated with the leasing of land, and acquisition of permitted operations, at a highly regulated remedial site in New Jersey.  Our engagement included, in pertinent part, sophisticated state and federal regulatory due diligence, the negotiation of highly detailed lease and permit-based provisions, and advising senior management of risk considerations.
