Outside Environmental Counsel to Manufacturer of Copper Alloy

Our firm acts as outside environmental counsel to the world’s leading fully-integrated manufacturer of copper alloy. Our representation includes the following:  assisting with oversight of and negotiation with a responsible party handling a remedial action at one of the client’s existing facilities; interactions with state and local regulatory authorities, including in regard to regulatory inquiries and requests; and, providing counsel and guidance regarding general environmental compliance obligations pursuant to ongoing and proposed operations.
