Our representation includes, but is not limited to, interactions with federal and state regulatory authorities; assessing general environmental compliance obligations pursuant to ongoing and proposed operations; responses to regulatory inquiries; permitting; assistance on securities work and disclosures to facilitate oil and gas leasing; and, the review of oil and gas leasing agreements and rights and related obligations.
