Hodgson Russ represent Cadence Bank in connection with the sale of Cadence Insurance, Inc. to Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. This was a $904 Million purchase and Hodgson Russ acted as sole counsel to Cadence Bank, advising on all aspects of the transaction.
