Real Estate and Permitting Counsel for Community Solar Projects

Hodgson Russ represents an energy sector client on real estate and permitting matters for the client’s community solar projects throughout New York State and provides additional real estate legal assistance in their Illinois market. In one unique project we assisted them with the annexation of land into a village, dedication of conservation easement to the village, and assisted in drafting that village’s updated solar statute to accommodate the project.
