Real Estate and Financing Counsel for Canadian Client

Hodgson Russ represented an energy sector client on a variety of project development matters including the sale of two substations and the tax equity financings for two wind projects. On those projects, we provided real estate and financing counsel for the transactions. We have also assisted them with site control requirements for their various other projects that are in mid-development in New York State.
