Represented Renewable Energy Developer Before ORES

Our department represented a renewable energy developer before the New York Office of Renewable Energy Siting (ORES) and obtained a permit for construction of a 180 megawatt (MW) solar electric generating facility located in Livingston and Monroe Counties in the State of New York.  This work included regulatory support, negotiations with various stakeholders, working with host communities, and successfully handling litigation challenges to the permit issuance.  Our department not only handled the permitting for this project, but all aspects of the real estate work and applications for financial incentives before the county industrial development agencies.
