Real Property and Title Work for Energy Sector Client

Hodgson Russ represented an energy sector client on real property and title work across the Northeast, including resolving site control issues. We also act as permitting and regulatory counsel for the client in New York on solar, wind, and energy storage. We successfully guided financial incentive applications through three industrial development agencies, represented the company on numerous zoning applications, and advised on implementation of public service commission requirements. We also represent the company on interaction with state agencies, such as with the Department of Environmental Conservation on stormwater pollution requirements.
