Application for Cannabis Microbusiness Llicense

Advised on corporate formation, negotiations for equity-based investment, application for MBE certification, and leasing and other preparations to apply for the first round of cannabis microbusiness licenses in New York State.  Leasing involved the buildout of a 16,000+ square foot facility in the City of Buffalo, including negotiations to extend the lease to await finalization of regulatory regime and applications for licensing.  We are also advising on permitting for the storage and use of solvents associated with the facility’s operations.
