Transactional Counsel for InNeuroCo and Integer Holdings Corporation Acquisition 

Hodgson Russ acted as transaction counsel to Integer Holdings Corporation (NYSE: ITGR) in connection with its acquisition of certain assets of InNeuroCo, Inc. This was a strategic transaction that enhanced Integer’s neurovascular catheter capabilities, including with respect to design, development and manufacturing capacity. Hodgson Russ assisted with all aspects of the transaction, including transaction structuring matters, due diligence review, negotiation of the asset purchase agreement and associated ancillary documents, advice on other subject matter areas in connection with the transaction and negotiation of the representations and warranties insurance policy obtain for the transaction by Integer.
