Developed Facility Supporting the Manufacture of Offshore Wind Towers

Hodgson Russ is currently representing the Albany Port District commission in conjunction with the development of a facility supporting the manufacture of offshore wind towers. This representation includes counseling the Port in conjunction with the development, construction, and financing of an approximately 560,000 square-foot manufacturing facility, together with related infrastructure, utilizing various public and private funding sources.
