Jordan Einhorn is an Associate in the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice. He assists in counseling firm clients on matters concerning compliance with federal wage and hour laws; worker classification issues; inclusive hiring and employment practices; avoidance of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims; discipline; and discharge.
During law school, Jordan interned for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York.
