Chelsea is a member of the Real Estate and Finance Practice, where she represents clients in various commercial real estate matters, including real estate development, construction contracts, public-private partnerships, renewable energy projects, leasing and finance transactions.
Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, Chelsea participated in the summer associate program and worked as a law clerk for a Buffalo-based immigration firm. Prior to attending law school, Chelsea worked with local small businesses and business leaders as a program coordinator for the University at Buffalo’s Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership (CEL) and Center for Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness (CLOE).
