Blaine is a member of the firm’s Trusts & Estates Practice, where he assists clients on a wide range of estates and trusts matters. His area of focus includes planning for complex estates, tax planning, and counseling fiduciaries and beneficiaries on estate and trust administration, including contested matters.
Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, Blaine served as a student attorney in the Washington University Low Income Taxpayer Clinic where he represented clients in tax disputes with the IRS. Blaine also participated in the firm’s summer associate program during law school.
