Daniel D. Nauth Joins Hodgson Russ LLP

Daniel D. Nauth has joined Hodgson Russ in the law firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group. He is resident in the firm’s Toronto office.

Mr. Nauth focuses his practice on Canada/U.S. cross-border corporate finance and securities issues. He represents investment banks and U.S. and international issuers in a wide range of financing matters, including public offerings and private placements of debt and equity securities. He is experienced in all facets of Rule 144A and Regulation D offerings, well-known seasoned issuer (WKSI) offerings, high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings, exchange and tender offers, and debt issuances by securitization vehicles. Mr. Nauth also advises clients on corporate governance issues and various continuous disclosure obligations.
