Anthony R. Yanez Joins Hodgson Russ LLP

Hodgson Russ LLP is pleased to announce that Anthony R. Yanez has joined the firm’s Palm Beach office as a partner in its Business Litigation Practice.

Anthony has a versatile litigation practice with experience in all aspects of civil litigation from case inception through jury trial and appeals in state and federal courts. Anthony represents business clients of all shapes and sizes in the agricultural, consumer goods, energy, financial services, healthcare, hospitality, insurance, and real estate industries. His practical and proactive approach to litigation management has yielded favorable results in state and federal courts throughout Florida over the course of his career. He aims to thoroughly understand the facts of a given dispute and then search for the creative angles and pressure points to provide his clients with leverage in negotiation, mediation, and other alternative dispute resolution settings before trial. Among other achievements throughout his career, he has successfully argued countless dispositive motions that have eliminated needless and disruptive litigation and prevailed in appellate tribunals by obtaining reversals of adverse trial court rulings against his clients.
