Veronica represents municipal bodies, public authorities, industrial development agencies, financial institutions, and businesses with general transactional, financial, and land use matters.

Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, Veronica was an associate at a mid-sized firm in Rochester, where she practiced corporate and municipal law.
