Hodgson Russ LLP Adds Three New Attorneys

Hodgson Russ LLP is pleased to announce that three new attorneys have joined the firm.

Brendan Stone has joined the firm’s Corporate & Business Practice as an Associate in our Buffalo office. He represents domestic and international clients on a variety of business transactions and corporate matters with a focus on securities law and mergers and acquisitions transactions. Brendan regularly represents issuers, investors, and underwriters in securities offerings and other capital markets transactions. He also advises public companies on their reporting and compliance obligations under U.S. securities law and with respect to corporate governance laws.

Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, Brendan was an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in its New York City office, where he focused his practice on capital markets transactions and assisting public companies with preparation of their Exchange Act reports and other securities law compliance matters.

Janet Tasigianis has joined the Hodgson Russ Corporate & Business Practice as an Associate in the firm’s New York City office. She represents domestic and international clients on a variety of transactional and corporate matters with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and day-to-day corporate governance.

Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, Janet served as a Corporate Associate at Loeb & Loeb LLP and as an Associate at Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP. She graduated from the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law with a Business Law concentration. While in law school, Janet interned at LVMH Inc. (Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton); J.Crew Group, Inc.; and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

Robert Paul Sands III has joined our Rochester office as an Associate in the Real Estate, Finance & Bankruptcy Practice. He represents clients in both commercial and real estate matters, including renewable energy development.
